MERCEDES STEERING LOCK NO FURTHER A MYSTERY

All fuses have electric power aside from 22-25 which the manual says are for engine electronics. I guess what I’m wanting to know is the place are These fuses drawing their electric power offer from? Is there some other things that may very well be causing just People Fuses not to get any energy? Any help of any type is significant
